Even if proportional representation system of election were in India instead of the 'First Past the post' System, Mr. kejiriwal can still form majority government as AAP has polled 54.3 % vote share i was of the view no party could get 50+% of vote share . even if that happens it would rare any where in the world . the rare thing has happened. Remember BJP polled 31% vote share only in 2014 general election which means only 31% of indians wanted Mr. Modi to be PM whereas 54.3% of delhiites wanted MR. Kejiriwal to be CM.
